BattleLax U9 Team

Tryouts

Location:  Highland School

597 Broadview Ave, Warrenton, VA 20186

Dates:  Sundays, February 19th and 26th

Times:  2 pm to 4 pm

What we do with this team will depend on our numbers. 

If we get at least 18 players at BattleLax U9 we will attend 1 or 2 of the following tournaments:

• Summer Celebration:– June 17^7h – Williamsburg VA - www.capitallacrosse.com/summercelebration.html
• Battle of Bull Run: July15th – Bristow, VA - www.tribal-lacrosse.com/#!battle-of-bull-run/c1dpf

If our numbers are lower we will do clinics and practices with this group and stronger players will play up with U11.

• Tournament plans are subject to change due to unforeseen circumstances.  If plans change then fees will change accordingly up or down.

• Cost for players selected to the BattleLax U9 team will be a $175 Roster Fee per player for practice, in addition to the non-refundable Registration Fee.  If we add tournaments we will add the cost for those tournaments individually (tournament costs are generally about $75 to $100 per player per tournament day)
• Uniforms remain the same as last fall.  The uniforms are not included in the roster fee.  They are available for purchase for those that need them for $100. Prices for uniforms are as follows:
  • Pinnie:                      $35
  • Shooter Shirt:        $35
  • Shorts:                      $30
  • Total:                        $100

• Roster fees do not include travel expenses.  Players are expected to provide their own transportation and if necessary lodging for tournaments.
